Hi in my experience, the most defining check is to establish fuel is getting to the nozzle holder.Loosen the fuel line to one of the holders using a 17mm wrench.Do that first and take it from there.

Hi i got a toyota tarago 96 model that wont start my wife was driving and she heard a bang then the car stopped in the middle of the street so i changed filters n spark plugs n pumps still no start

There are videos on you tube for diagnosing vehicle no start problems ! Rather then just replacing parts . Testing for spark and fuel pressure and engine compression . Timing chain problems etc... My advice to you would be take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop . Save yourself some money . You spent how much already ? i changed filters n spark plugs n pumps still no start !!!!!!!

98 civic overheated, then now will not start ,turn the key and just wines ,wont turn over

Try turning the motor over by hand, with a
socket & long breaker bar or ratchet, on the
crank damper bolt

You may have a broken timing belt & the valves
are jambed against the pistons, from what your
saying the motor is frozen & the starter won't turn it

My car just died while i was driving it.. had a funny smell through the vents.. no other warning signs.. Its not battery issues or altenator.. its somethign to do with the engine.. car wont even start now.

If the smell is like burn rubber, and the car crank fast and wines the problem is the timing belt.

if the smell is like electrical burn and the car do not start anymore the problem is alternator.

if the drive belts are broke, one of the pulleys is locked, spin them to see which one is bad.

good look amigo.
