check the fuel filter to make sure it is open/clean also check the fuel pump pressure to make sure it is okay? check for air leaks in the fuel lines for lose hoses connections and fuel it getting to the throttle body

How is the EGR Valve?
What is causing the issue, is the higher vacuum
signal when you get on the gas.
Use that and theory to figure it out.
