It is mounted to a heat sink that is mounted right next to the ignition coil on the passenger side of the engine. You can't miss it.

Is it a one ton truck, or a Blazer with a V6 engine ??
The one ton truck with a 350 engine should have a coil and module mounted on the intake near the distributor.

one is on the right side of moter on top then one below that on the right side one in the back and two on the trans if you need them off and they all unbolt

That would be the hall effect pick-up coil mounted in the distributor.

Anyting go between leaf spring and axle. now i


just the spring mount wleded on the axle, but it should be on the top of the axle, meaning the spring sits on top of the axle, it does not hang from the bottom of it. Sounds like someone has changed the mount position.

Security on replaced moter for 98 blazer still on but it runs


this is gnna sound stupid,but there is an easy way to get that annoying lght off. lock all your doors,diconnect battery for about 30 sec. then unlock driver door with your key. doesnt work on all,i guess each system of security is different,but it worked on my blazer.

cheek to make sure its not over full also the trans lines r right there make sure it not them spayin over after all u just did the motor and the trans was most likly hangin

take both frt skid plates off lift motor to ease pressure on mount undo mount center bolt raise motor abit more undo bolts to mount at motor
