SOURCE: Location of Shift Solenoid in 1999 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer?

They are round "cans" with wires attached. You should have SSA, SSB, SSC, Torque converter and Pressure Control solenoids. They control pressures and have no mechanical linkage.

SOURCE: where is the AC compressor relay on 1999 Ford

There's a A/c clutch relay if that's the one your looking for. that relay is located in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment (see picture below). The relay that I am talking about will be in the number 204 position (see picture of layout below). This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you need an owners manual for your vehicle, email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with your make, model and year and i will be happy to email you one. Don't worry it won't cost you anything. I hope this helps you and good luck. clifford224_64.gifclifford224_65.gif

Low beams would be through the dimmer switch on the column. If your relay was bad you would have neither low or high beams.

Relay

There are 2 relays or solenoids as they called on a starter, one is on the inside of the fender under the hood, follow the positive battery cable, the other is on the starter, both do the same thing, later years only have the one solenoid on the starter.
