Door skins. You may have to buy the whole skin. Depends on your car. If not they sell them like, from bottom up twenty inches.

the door handles are made out of a light metal and get out of adjustment, and they break at the bottom where the rod hooks up to them, so you probley just need to replace them, as i remember they dont cost alot maybe like 20 bucks each but i might be wrong on the price i think the last set i got i got from ebay for 15.00 for the pair

You have to find the linkage and pull it. If yu cannot find the linkage, one trick is to go to a self serve wrecking yard and play with one of the 90s olds by removing the door panel and looking at it to see how it works.

You will have to remove the door panel and inspect the door handle mechanism. I should'nt cost much more time then money. In my case I just have two screws to remove. One at the handle to open the door another at the handle to grab the door to close it. Then you pull the panel, its retained with clips. In your case I have no idea, all I can tell you is that you have to remove the panel to take a look and find out whats going on. Then you can let me know in order to help you further.

It could either be the linkage inside the door popped off, or the outside handle is broke on the inside of the door. this is common with this car and is very fixable.

It would cost you WAAAY less if you pick one up on ebay or craigslist or something and do it yourself. Not a difficult task. Go to a library or auto parts store and pick up the manual for your make/model. You can do this. No special tools required, but you may want to pick up a door panel fastner removal tool....$5.00 if that.
