Question about 1999 Pontiac Sunfire
They first worked when I started the vehicle, and they slowly faded out and stopped all together. All fuses are intact, and secured tightly. What would cause this sort of problem?

Check the battery voltage, if it is below spec, replace the battery, and most likely all of the symptoms will go away.

Same thing happened to me.
You will have to take it to the shop and have a dealer fix it.
It is what they call the "cluster" up by the firewall behind the engine that controls all the functions of the car.
