Sadly, this is a dealer or locksmith repair.  I suffered a similar fate and tried everything under the sun.

Replace ignition key cylinder from 91 Honda accord

the ignition key cylinder comes as a single unit with the ignition lock assembly. if you want to use the same key as before take the entire lock assembly to a lock smith and they would be able to rekey the tumblers to match your old key.

Lost my key to 1991 honda accord. Need to replace entire ignition key system since it was after market. Any ideas how to get old one out without a key?

well yeah,,, basically it still has the same function,, ignition, start, and power,, all u have to do is just connect the correct wires in their proper place ,, any technician should be able to trace and do this for you,, but it will work,, just buy any switch once it fits it will work..

How do I get the cylinder out of the ignition switch. I have lost the key and the steering wheel is locked. This is on a 1991 Honda Accord.

You might try going to OR calling the HONDA dealer with your V.I.N. and see if he can cut you a key. You may have to prove ownership for them to do this...
