Go take it to the dealer you should still have a full warranty. If you want to try and do it your self you could void that warranty.

My 2008 dodge caliber wont start, I turn lights, four ways, wipers and what ever I could that would show bad battery but ever thing is find just nothing when i turn the key to start

It could be your neutral safety switch. Try putting it in neutral and turning key. If it makes a difference you'll need to have the switch changed. Could also be a loose, broken or corrided wire on starter

My sister has a Caliber and the windshield wipers work once in a while. I thought it might be a faulty relay switch.

Hve you checked the fuses in the fuse compartment? Look and your owners manual and find the fuse diagram and look for the fuse and see if it is burnt.

"An Integrated Power Module is located in the enginebcompartment near the air cleaner assembly. This center contains cartridge fuses and mini fuses. A label that identifies each component may be printed on the inside of the cover".

If you do not have one one can be found here:

Refer to page 306-309

Windshield wipers stopped working. I checked fuses, all okay. So then I replaced the wiper motor. Now they work but only on the high setting. What do I do now?

Sounds like the switch on the stalk is not working or if it goes through relays or other circuit that's the problem. You need an electrical schematic to properly troubleshoot.

Turn signals turn on windshield wipers

If your turn signal is multifunctioning (dimmer switch, cruise control, wipers, etc.) then it's probably a faulty switch. Takes about 20 minutes to replace and costs around $60.
