How to repair and where is located P0449 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Valve/Solenoid Circuit Malfunction

Purge Solenoid and Vent Valve are two different items within the Emissions system. The purge valve is under hood near intake manifold and the vent valve is under bed near fuel tank.
