Did just one side stop working or both? Check the bulbs (front and rear). Check the signal relay (should be in the fusebox). Also look for any related fuses. One other thing is it could be the turn signal switch itself. Likely it's going to be one of those things. Start with the easy stuff - bulbs, fuse, relay. Good luck.

You are going to have to check wiring. Many it is the socket. If you have a test light or meter you can measure the voltage.

There are several turn signal lights, front, rear, side, etc. Do any of them work on the drivers side? if not then it may be the column switch. If only one light is out, then it will be wiring somewhere. Chasing wiring problems is as hard as chasing hydraulic problems, requires patience and starting at one end and continuing till you find the problem.

Good luck, Jim

Hi, you might want to look at the earth connection at both tail lights. If the earth connection is faulty the other lights earth through the other circuits connected to the tail lights which will cause the brake lights and turning signal lights to come on at the same time. If the earth connections are fine it might be that you have a short circuit on one of the circuits going to the tail lights.
