To my knowledge the lights inside the ac control panel are not replacable still. It comes down to willingness to pay to replace the whole panel or deal with the light being out. I had that issue on my 02 dodge ram and i had to replace the whole unit because the lights inside it are led
The solder joints for the lighting goes bad. You can smack the display for a while and the lights will come back on but it is only a temporary fix. I believe they can be soldered, or you can just buy a repaired one on ebay. They're around $80 with exchange
It could be the groves on the regulator that have been worn down so it is not catching correctly. If you remove the door panel you should be able to shine a light into the door to see it the grooves have any tread left.
this can be 2 problems the thermostat
or the module pcm that controls the digital controls on the dash panel
this is for the ac and the cluster if you change it you need to ask them to write your milles in it

you need to remove upper radiator core support set on engine loosen 15mm bolt on front of alternator tensioner and 13mm bolt behind the tensioner pulley remove this belt then go under passenger front and you will see the tensioner bolt for the ac belt turn until tension is released remove belt replace belt and reverse instructions to put back together
well, the power steering will freeze when the motor is not running. the mechanic may not find what seems to be the problem specially when no warning lights are coming. you can try replacing the fuel cervo and this will surely help. not everyone knows about this.
The fuse for the radio/CD/DVD is seperate from the AC/Heat. Open fuse box under hood on right. follow fuse schematic to ac fuse position (note there are two so if not one, then it is the other) use the fuse puller that is in the fuse box, then replace the fuse. Good luck.
