Try this: With the ignition ON but radio OFF, press in and hold the INFO button and turn volume control until the menu appears. Now choose CONFIRMATION and Enter. Go down and select SERVICE and press Enter. Select RESET and then Enter. Backup to the main menu and now turn ignition off. This should remove it.

Fuse box is under right side of dash board. You must pull out the 'drop pocket' to reveal the fuse area and then you can snap it back in when you're done! You remember that pocket where you keep your loose change or wheel lock - close to the door? That's it!
