Question about 1988 Ford Bronco II
I got an 88 bronco 2, 5 spd manual xmsn, im assuming its the mistsubishi trans... where would the dipstick tube be located? I just dropped the trans and changed the slave cylinder and got it all bolted back up, but never saw a good spot where a dipstick tube could have been. There was a small hole with a rubber plug on the plate with my shisft stick that could have been it but im not really sure... any ideas?

The hydraulic cylinder is in the bell housing. When you separate the motor and tranny, you will see it as a unit with the throw-out bearing. Take the hydraulic line off before you start. You will have to bleed it when you are done.
