The idle speed is computer controlled and not adjustable as there is no linkage or throttle cable, it is a drive-by-wire motor controlled by a potentiometer at the pedal assembly. If there is an idle problem, I would first start by looking for vacuum leaks as this is usually the root cause of an unstable or high idle. You may also want to check to make sure the vehicle is getting up to operating temp. as this can fool the computer into raising the idle to get the engine warmed up faster.
