it is normally in the lid of the fuse box and in your owners manual but a dealership can also print you out one also you can get a 12 volt tester and locate the blown fuse that way

Check the relay's next to the battery forward to the distro box. on the far left of the box you will see a row of 5 relays 1 & 5 are for fog lights, 2 & 3 are for the wipers. replace them and see if that fixes it!
