Question about 2002 Jaguar X-Type
If it is a petrol i think you have a air leak check vacuum pipes on inlet manifold there is one at the back which is prone to getting left off or dislodged when changing plugs or the oil seperator hoses one under the inlet manifold and injector rail these engines are also prone to ignition coils failing have you checked for fault codes is the eml light on?
