Gears are fine. Something inside the box is blocking the re-entry. There must be some trick to getting it to accept the disc.

This may sound extremely simple, but have you tried gently pushing on the dvd as it's being sucked in?

You will need to reset the unit as this will solve the problem. Tips and Tricks As there are a lot of bolts than need removing during this install, use a supply of small coin bags to keep the bolts for each area together and label the bags accordingly. Installing RNS-E SAT NAV ----------------
Part 1: Removing and installing “chorus” and “concert” radios a) Switch off all electrical equipment. b) Remove ignition key. c) Prior to removing the radio check that you have the anti-theft code and have removed any Tapes/CD’s from it. d) Insert radio release tool -T10057- into release slots as illustrated until they engage. Pointed ends of grips must face outwards. e) Grasp hold of grips on radio release tool -T10057- and pull radio out of dash panel. f) Release and unplug connectors at the back of the stereo unit. g) Press the tabs on the sides of the radio and pull out release tools. Stage 2: Removing plastic trim and switches from the centre of the dash a) Unclip upper switch module trim by hand or with a small flat head screwdriver which has had the end wrapped with electrical tape (this will stop the dash/trim from getting scratched) -1- b) Detach trim for switch module. c) Carefully remove the hazard warning switch by hand. d) Unplug electrical the connectors off the switch (The connector is colour coded so there is no need to make a note of where it goes). Stage 3: Remove right and left dash panel covers a) Open the driver’s door. b) Use small flat head screwdriver which has had the end wrapped with electrical tape (this will stop the dash/trim from getting scratched) to remove the side panel cover. c) Open the front passenger’s door and repeat the process (b) on this side as well.

for step 4 and more easy instructions just clicxk the above link directly its for different car brand but will support your car brand and make it easier for you to reset  http://debian.fmi.uni-sofia.bg/~plamendikov/SomeAutoWorkspaceManual/Audi/Audi%20-%20FULL%20Installing%20Sat%20Nav%20in%20an%20A4.pdf

Try turning the car engine off for a couple of minutes and take the keys out all the way, then turn the engine back on and try putting in any other disk to see it if goes in, if it does then eject it and try your dvd again.

The loader for the DVD is defective, there are no parts or manuals available to the user/owner to fix this, the unit must go out for repair, but 1st call a radio expert that is on the internet, his site is called the radio doctor, he is really sharp on all sound and nav issues.

Hi!
Try resetting the unit by pressing a ball point pen/pin against the small reset button on the unit and then try to insert the dvd.

Replacement brake pads for 06 Lexus GS 300?

go with standard pads.they wear a little faster than ceramics.but they dont wear down brake rotors.ceramics pads are hard and they cause brakes to squeak.also your car is under warranty with lexus dealership.i would use what they said. because you have future brake problem. they will void out warranty for not using their brakes.
