Gear box stuck in high range

You don't say what vehicle so I'm going to give you some general advice. If you haven't operated the high/low for some time it could be the operating cable/linkage is just seized up. If you have operated on loose surface and can't shift then the transmission could be "wound up" which means there is unequal load on the driveshafts. Go to an area of slippery grass / sand and try moving the shift lever at low speed while going forwards and backwards. If you need more specific advice then come back with all the vehicle details and driving history.

its dead fan and most die only low speeds and not high.
is your fan dead on HIGH> (big hint here)
the window s on many suzuki have a circuit breaker hidden in dash.
the fan if failed only on low speed,s is a bad fan resistor block hidden
in the fan case. when they fail , hitting the dash causes the broke
wire wound resistors to touch for second and can weld bad for a while but will fail soon.
you car read all about this , for $4

Don't shot the messenger but without tranny fluid your transmission may have cooked itself. I hope I am wrong but I expect you'll need to rebuild or replace the tranny.

Wish I could offer better news,

The electric front seats both stopped moving

Check the fuse box for a blown fuse, both seats may operate on one fuse depending on the model of vehicle and the fuse may be located either under the dash on the drivers side or in the engine compartment on the drivers side.

Radiator vs. transmission

same issue. tranny fluid is cooled via intercooler that runs along bottom of radiator. this developed a crack and because tranny fluid is under more pressure, started dumping tranny fluid into radiator. A couple guys recommended replacing rad, then servicing tranny just in case any coolant leaked backwards.
