The positive Crank Case Ventilation (PCV) is coming from the intake manifold and usually goes to the Valve cover On that year it could be in the back of on the side of the Rocker covers ( Valve Cover) find the Vacuum line coming out of your intake and follow it, It should lead you to the Pcv

On the passenger side of the intake manifold, coming off the bottom
about the center of the engine front to back, you'll feel a hose that
comes off a nipple. That hose makes a 90 degree bend and goes around to
the rear of the motor. Where that hose meets the Y-connector from the
other side of the intake you'll find the PCV valve. It's almost
impossible to see it with the hood installed, and even tougher to reach

It is located at the back of the engine near the fire wall. It is gray with a T connector at the top with two hoses coming off of the T and going forward into the intake manifold.

Short of actually getting my hands on your truck to do the diagnosis myself... These are the things I can think of off-hand that would cause your P0174 and not necessarily set other DTCs.
- A faulty upstream Bank 2 O2 sensor or wiring (though you already have this base somewhat covered and Ford O2 sensors are tough, usually don't see failure except in cases of contaminated fuel or excessive use of over-the-counter fuel additives)
- A bent, disconnected, or broken Intake Manifold Runner Control rod or butterfly assy on Bank 2
- An exhaust leak on Bank 2 (esp. since you mentioned headers)
- An intake manifold leak either at the gasket or injector o-rings on Bank 2
- A weak or partially stopped-up injector(s) on Bank 2. Though I find this unlikely since you mentioned there was no misfire.
- A plugged or restricted Catalyst on Bank 2. Also seems unlikely given that you do not experience misfire or low power concerns.
- A faulty Powertrain Control Module. This option, though not unheard of, is VERY unlikely in my experience with these trucks.
If I think of anything else I will let you know. I wish that I could help more, remote diagnostics without all the needed tests and information on a problem such as this amounts to little more than conjecture.

on the 5.0 v8 it is located on the back of the intake manifold. on the v6 it is located on the valve cover near the brake booster.
