Little by little things are not wrking on my 2000 grand prix. First 2 of my windows just fell down. Another window doesn't work at all and my wiper fluid pump is not working. how do I check to see if fuses are blown? What else can it be?

Re: electrical problem with car
You can just look at the fuses in the fuse box to see if they are blown. Pull them out with plyers or a fuse puller and see if the fuse is broken. They are see-thru so they are easy to recognise.
You window motors may have just given out if your window fell. Or, the windows could be off track. Depends on what else is going on.

Most likely you need a window regulator/motor assembly. Depending on when it gets stuck, you may have a faulty window switch also. If the window goes down ok, but then doesn't want to come back up, or vise-versa, I would suspect the switch rather than the motor.
I own 2 grand prix, 99 with a 3.1 engine and a 99 with a 3.8 engine. Both of my cars window switch have failed before, leaving me to a quick fix. I have managed to fix the switches on my cars (al thou they state they are not repairable, they are, if you can figure out what's causing it not work) They require a little more than cleaning, when you open it, you will notice some wire type things that balance back and forth (per window) you will need to first clean the inside and adjust the metal type things that rock back and forth, I dont have a set answer on how much, but it will be a trial and error. Or you can simply purchase one and that's it. Im almost 100% sure that it will fix your problem.
