Probably transmission cooler lines. Could be engine oil cooler lines. Been a while since I seen one of these. They do go to the radiator or cooler in front of the radiator. You'll have to crawl under it and see where the go. Transmission or oil filter. Neither is a fun job. I definitely wouldn't do this on the ground. You can not cut the lines to get them out. You need to watch how you get them out. One first then the next. They have to go back the same way. Most older ones come out threw the back. You have to twist and turn them to get them out and in(pay attention to this also). You can bend the lines some, Just don't be extreme with it.
You are leaking transmission fluid from either the fluid cooling lines that run from transmission to a separate reservoir in the radiator, or leaking from the reservoir itself. Hopefully, it's only the lines and may just need tightening to stop the leak. There are two lines to the radiator's reservoir. One brings fluid from transmission to the reservoir, and a return line back into the transmission. Probably located on driver's side of the radiator, one will be near top of radiator, and one near the bottom. Small copper or steel lines that may also turn into rubber lines. Clean the area well with rags to locate the leak. Will probably need to have the car running to make it leak, while looking for it. You could also take a wrench and try tightening the fittings at the radiator, and tighten any rubber hose clamps that you see. If it's not the lines or hoses that are leaking, then the radiator may need to be pulled off for repairs or replacement. But 9 times out of ten, it is a leak from one of the lines. When fixed, don't forget to check your transmission fluid level. Or keep adding till it is fixed.

it may be a bad transmission modulator valve located on the side of your transmission,vacum operated. a sudden downshift or forward shift when unexpected is sign of a bad modulator valve or a vacum leak to the transmission.best to shop around for a garage w/references when it comes to transmission work though. check all the vacum lines to your transmision,you need to look on the underneath side of your truck on the side of transmission for a loose or disconnected vacum line on the side of the transmission. when you feel the vacum line,follow it to the top of engine,the vacum line is about 3/8th line,and may be disconnected or losing air. to make this short,when you drive the car,start out in low gear and shift the transmission,manually from 1st to 2nd to 3rd does it do right with no slipping? if it does this right and shifts great manually,the modulator valve on the side of the transmissions bad,or a bad vacum leak in-between.thank you for choosing fixya.com
there is a transmission fluid cooler built into the radiator of your truck, which means there are steel lines that run from the side of your transmission up to the radiator, on the passenger side of the truck. the lines are a common leak point due to corrosion. depending on where the leak is, the lines can sometimes be patched, but they sometimes need to be replaced (or fabricated). good luck!
On the back side of your motor... On top there is a aluminum coolant hose that has a nylon fitting in it. Make sure it isnt weaping. It will run down the back of your block. The other thing it may be is a frost plug behind your transmission bell housing. This would require pulling the transmission to replace the plug, Check the hose first. Good luck
Good chance it's the transmission fluid. The passenger side of the radiator is the transmission cooler side and the coolant is leaking from the transmission lines. There should be two lines, one on top which is the inlet and the bottom one which is the return line. Check to make sure there is no corrosion along the lines or that the line has not come loose at the radiator. Locate the leak and repair or replace the lines. Good luck and take care not to run low on transmission fluid, low fluid in the system will cause the transmission to burn out.
The radiator has a transmission and engine oil cooler lines to it too. One of the oil lines are leaking, if you know which one that's have the battle. I believe the transmission line is on the passenger sides and the oil cooler line is on the drivers side. Look at where the lines connect to the radiator and see if there is signs of the leak. You may need to spray it down with brake cleaner if you not sure if it's a new leak or old leak from the accident.

It's probably a transmission cooling line that comes from the transmission and connects to the radiator, which cools the fluid, and returns it thru another line in the radiator. It could be loose, but It probably is rusted, based on the fact that it's 13 going on 14 years old, and probably needs to be replaced, as the leak will just get worse, and if the fluid gets too low, u can ruin your transmission. The steel cooling lines are available at any parts store, both the lines should be replaced if one is leaking. Parts for this are cheap, but labor to snake 5 or 6 feet of line ( x 2) from tranny to radiator takes a bit of time. countrycurt0
