So the wires from the dist. cap to the plugs are ran wrong? best way to get it right is to lay them out shortest to longest and go from there. Or is it an electronic dist. and its powered and ran from the wiring harness and ecu? because in that case, if you put in an aftermarket piece, you may need to flash over the ecu or get a piggy back so it and the dist. can talk to each other. hope that helps some.

Excessive resistance in the wire (including breaks or shorts) or the fault is not the wire itself but what feeds that wire its power.Have you run a seperate wire from the battery to feed power to that wire yourself.?Does the car start if you do?

have you put a new set of plug wires on it. use a spark plug tester, and put it between plug wire and dist, cap. if it is sparking you will see it. if yes and not to plugs put on new plug wires. good-day ! if above checks out. remove dist, cap and see if shaft of dist, is turning. some of the hondas have a plastic type drive gear on bottom of dist, shaft. that goes bad.

Did you hooks the the spark plug wires right. If these are not in the right order then you will have a misfire. If enough of them are out of place then you wont have enough fire to start the engine.
