Question about 2005 Skoda Fabia 1.4

Seems like the solenoid switch on compressor could be jamed, or pressure sensor faulkty. no fault codes recordred. checked power to both solenoid and pressure sensor and both ok. whenengine run at 20900rpm and ac switch turned on light ok and engine revsincrease. when ac turned off revs recrease. outlet pipe from compressor to condenser not getting hot, and no cooling in car. Any ideas ?.

code p0700 refers to transmission control system/MIL --malfunction===causes --wiring ---TCM (1)
code po740 refers to torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoid--circuit malfunction===causes--wiring--TCC solenoid--ECM/TCM (transmission control module) (again)
code p0871 refers to transmission fluid pressure (TFP) sensor C -range/ performance problem==causes---wiring--poor connection--TFP sensor--ECM /TCM (yet again)
code p0734 refers to gear 3 ratio (po374 is gear ratio 4) incorrect ratio===causes --wiring--TR sensor/switch--shift solenoids--transmission mechanical fault (causes are the same for po733&734)

Give the clutch a miss as you still have 1st gear and if the clutch is not working you will not be going any where. Have a pressure test done on the transmission to check for internal mechanical failures (pump ). The rest are sensors are wiring connections , sensor and TCM. My bet is the TCM unit. Have it checked out. What ever you do treat any suggestion of a new transmission with a grain of salt until you are shown proof positive that you need one.

code p0780 refers to gear selection--shift malfunction====causes--wiring--TR sensor---shift solenoids--transmission mechanical fault.. have the shift solenoid checked out. Have a pressure test done on the transmission to check for internal damage.

Transmission when i accellerate it goes into 2nd gear and will not go back into drive untill i turn the engine off and restart


The auto governor or the settings in the gear box seems to be faulty as it fails to move the selector. Make sure that the transmission fluids were changed , and that there is no grinding noise. If there is any alignment issue with the selector , it must be reset after checking for PLAY.
If the fault seems to be consistent then the transmission gear box must be removed and checked before it can cause more damage.

I need to know what the code 18 and 41 means for 93 Buick Park Avenue Ultra with a 3.8 litre supercharged eng


When fixing codes start with first code first / it dos not always mean that the sensor is the fault ,it could be in the harness / the plug or the ground. and reference signal should be tested , but in this case you most likely could get away with replacing the cam sensor, that would be the Lest expensive and easiest to start with,to git to it you will have to remove the alternator hope this is help full, the other code suggest that it could be the crank sensor , that and the plug for it does fail quite often but first things first feel free to ask if you should have any further questions , Thank you ,
