Pump relay location

From the Haynes repair manual:
'access to the relays can be obtained after removing the drivers side lower facia then remove the two plate screws (one either end) and lower the plate complete with relays'. Some relays are at the rear of the engine (the second box left to the nearside suspension strut) as your looking into the engine (under a cover)

The fuel pump works off of these fuses/relays:
Pin 5 goes to fuse no. 32
Pin 10 goes to fuse no. 34
Fuses are fed from relay no. 109

Hope this helps, a diagram of the footwell is here:

What is a fuel filler cap

It is a cap, usually tethered, when installed which fuel tank cannot be filled or siphoned; and when not installed which could permit fuel to spill out from the fuel tank and onto the pavement.

Need to change wire to the fuel cap 94 camry station wagon

the tether prevents removal.
are you going to use a real toy cap? Many after market caps are missing the tether, so cut it off.
the tether goes in to a hole. and if not slotted will not come
out unless the mount is removed,
if there are no screws seen there, that means it mounts from the rear.
and that means gaining access to the back side, and that depends on the unsaid body. wagon, liftback ,sedan, coupe. sure.
surely you know access means opening trunk and seeing that
or pulling panel cards, to see same.
