SOURCE: I have 2004 Honda Pilot

If the battery is dead when you jump it the alarm will sound. Pop the hood and put the jumper cables on first, then put the key in and start the car. this should turn the alarm off.

I have a 2010 Honda pilot! I lost my keys at work and can't find the spare My question is how long will it take before the alarm system deactivates so I can check if the spare is in my car?

You dont have to wait. Pop the locks. Use wedges to flex the door at the top and a rod to hit the unlock button. When the alarm goes off pop the hood and pull the pos battery cable. Now you can look for your keys without some one thinking you are stealing the car.

2003 Honda pilot door locks and remote not working

There is a small electric motor inside the actuator assembly that has probably "burned out". Same problem with my 03 pilot. The remote would not lock the other doors or arm the security system unless you physically locked the driver's side door. Eventually my passenger side burned out as well. Fixed it myself pretty easily. Cheap fix too. works like new now. http://www.ebay.com/itm/120935451126?var=420082237231&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

What is the code?

Most hondas have the code on the vehicle itself for resetting the code once the battery has been disconected or radio removed. Try pulling the glove box out and looking on the inside of the cavity. You should not need a code to remove the radio the alarm should not go off, it is the installation. The radio will not work with any other --vehicle without your specific code, good thieves know this and would rather steal the whole car. "Especially the Honda Accord. Have one in the garage and a 2005 Pilot.

Automatic door locks will not work

Probably the door actuator - a part inside the door that activates the lock, particularly if neither the interior lock switch or the remote do not lock the door.  Once the doors lock the horn will beep again - the lack of beep indicates the vehicle is not secure.
