Check your cigarete lighter for a dime or a light thats not turning off. if still not finding the power drain, after you park at home or wherever let it sit for 10 mins or so and then walk around it and listen for fans or something like that. it could just be a stuck relay.

Battery on 06 silverado runs dead over a few days of not being used.

More than likely a parasitic drain.
Many times in courtesy system--Check after dark for any system lights burning, especially lighted mirrors if present.
If not found, drain test required.

Dead battery after a few day not starting truck? jump start truck work fine good for a few day then dead battery again?

It's either a bad alternator, or a wiring problem from the alternator to the battery. If this was at all helpful, please rate. Thanks for asking.

Brand new battery dying quickly on my 1999 jeep cherokee. draw was not bad, but it only lasts about 4-5 days without being driven before it dies out.

Never saw an ammeter that had a "normal" reading on the gauge face...You aren't reading the dash gauge are you? Normal procedure is to place an ammeter between the battery and either lead and read draw that way. Then remove each fuse till the draw diminishes substantially. An alternator can draw a bit but it should not be excessive.
Checking charging volts, the meter should not read below about 12.5V even with all accessories on and should not continue to drop regardless of running time. (accessories off reading should be between 13 and 14V).
Also have battery load tested if you haven't done that already just to make sure it is good (even when new) and make sure something simple like a visor mirror light or glove compartment light isn't on all the time.

If the jeep is shutoff for a few days battery is dead

You have something that is pulling battery power when the ignition is turned off. Possibly an interior light or an under hood light. Check all components and be sure they are all off when the key is off, this includes glove box light if equiped.

The car is a 1992 cadillac deville you can drive the car fine but when you go home and don't drive the car for a few days the battery goes dead and you haft to charge the battery and then the car works...

It doesn't have a short. Shorts blow fuses. It has high parasitic drain. On a cad it might be hard to find but not impossible. Do you own an ammeter?
