When is the last time the car got fresh plugs, wires, cap, and rotor? and if not that then have the fuel injectors checked to make sure they are working properly. good luck.

SOURCE: Honda Accord 1994 Rough Idle, often miss cylinder

A check on the spark plugs of the 2nd and 3rd cylinder must tell the story. If you see there is a dirty plug, oil soaked or badly burnt we need to check on the firing and fuel delivery.
First of all check for compression if there is oil smearing, it can be due to weak oil rings or compression rings or a faulty bore in case the engine has clocked a great deal.
Also check the valve settings before the firing - spark intensity of the 2nd and 3rd plugs are confiremed. Check the HT wires to the plugs as you have checked the remaining sections. I hope this must give an indication of the lurking fault.

these codes indicate there is a miss fire on cylinders 1 and 2 hence the 0301 and 0302 code the 1300 just indicates multiple engine miss fires. so anything that can cause these cylinders to miss fire need to be attended to in order to fix your problem.

Cylinder #2 is the the second spark plug counting from the right to left.
EX.Below are spark plug on engine

Your misfire can be cause by couple of things but the cheapest way that you can try to fix your car is to do a tune up by replacing:
1)all spark plugs
2)do a oil change
3)spark plug wires
3)distributor cap and rotor

note misfire can be cause by:
1.bad gas
2.spark plug and/or wire
3.distributor cap and/or rotor
4.valve adjustment
5.injector
6.off timing
7.ECM
8.bad wiring(power, ground or feed line)

1988 5 speed Honda Accord

Ensure your spark plugs, wires (ignition coil and spark) and your filters (air and fuel) are within 2 years of installation It's erratic at 800 rpm as the engine is cold and they like the 2200 range for 3 minutes before they kick down on their own. Press the pedal twice before inserting your key. The owners manual states depending on the outside temperature, the engine will require more priming. Update if possible.
