Oil coming out of muffler still have leaking head gasket.did you decked the cylinder check for warpage if not new head gasket didnt seal causing same problem. do compression test see what compression readings you are getting.

Sounds like a head gasket to me. If the oil is milky than the only way coolant can get into the oil is through the head gasket. Since there is also a lot of whit smoke out the exhaust coolant is getting into the combustion chamber and then getting pushed out the exhaust. Your best option might be to find a low mileage used engine. Heads gaskets can get very expensive!

it sounds like you may have air trapped in the system.there are bleeder valves to remove air.
with the engine warm & running open the bleeder valve(small screw mounted around therostat)
may be located in thero housing.bleed system until all air is out,close valve & top off system
