You need to lower the idle down to around 750 rpm. there are to cables that go to the throttle body/intake. there is a little clip they sit in along with a nut on each side of the clip. loosen the nut on the side they come from a couple turns. you should notice the idle drop and you just have to fine tune it from there.

SOURCE: idles rough when ac is off when turned on idles fine sounds like a bad miss

when the ac compressor starts the diesel flow will be reduced and so the pick up will be reduced so that the car will be tuned

SOURCE: 1989 honda prelude enigne idles high then low irratic

I had the same problem on a Rover. There was a leak in inlet manifold that was caussing the problem.
To verify, spray some sealant to temporarily seal the inlet manifold .and the eratic idling should disappear for some time.
If it does, you know there is leak in inlet manifold which you can take of and refit with a new gasket.

SOURCE: '99 Accord: P0420 and Sometimes Engine Hesitation & Rough Idling

First thing I'd try is some "heet" or similar additive in tank to remove moisture, then refill with gas from a busy station & drive it for a while and see what happens.

RUNS ROUGH AT MID RPM

Need to be more specific here. Runs rough...like misfiring? or vibrating excessively at about 1500, and again about 3000 rpm? If it's the latter, chances are your engine's balance shaft is not timed correctly. This causes a heavy high-frequency vibration/buzz throughout the car, at the aforementioned rpm ranges. If it's more like a misfire/stumble, look into your ignition system, or possibly a sticking EGR valve. (This will cause a mild surge/bucking under light accel, peaking between 45-50mph. Good luck!

Idels fine in park but in gear runs rough

By "runs rough" if you mean vibrations then check your motor mounts. One or more could be broken.

Vibrating dasboard ,vibrating stops after car is in driving mode.

If you recently had your timing belt changed they may have installed the balancer belt wrong.

Or you have a high idle and it's making your transmission want to engage more than it should.

It's common in the 90-93 Accords to vibrate like that, not sure why on all of them but this is what I look for. My mother's '92 did this too.

Have your tires and wheels checked. Sometimes they throw a weight and then you get a vibration. Other times you can have a bad tire and catch it before it blows.

Vibration when ideling

the engine may not be running right on all four cylinders causing the engine to shake after the automatic choke drops. take out one spark plug at a time leaving h.t lead on get someone to turn it over whilst you check the strength of each spark being carefull not to touch the plug as this will give you a very nasty shock [I KNOW]
