what does not moved mean? tell that way better. 2008 KK jeep, redux ill make this real simple. 1: no photos of your mirror controls posted to see if the express mirror option is fitted (with memory) 2: the non express mirrors are 4 motors. control switches and fuses.(simple system) 3: the express system is all computers controlled and a network and you just scan it or you will never fix it.
my guess yours is EXPRESS the fuses are good and you did not scan it.
If the other side mirror adjusts with the switch, then it could be an issue with the mirror which isn't working. Usually a mirror has two motors, one for up/down and another for left/right. If the mirror works in one direction and not in the other, yet the mirror on the other side works in all directions, then the issue is not the switch, but the mirror.
Unless none of that is relevant and you are talking about the fold function.
If neither mirror folds when you depress the fold button, then you need to check or change the switch as the most likely cause of the issue. If you can provide me with a picture of the switch, then I can try to advise on how to remove and replace it.
First, make sure you do not have the mirror control switch in the "neutral" position. If it is, neither mirror will work. If the switch is in the correct position to operate each mirror and neither of them work, the next thing I would check would be the MIRRORS fuse (2 Amp) located in the Body Control Module Fuse Block under the right side of the dash near the blower motor. If the fuse is blown, you probably have one of your mirror circuits shorting to ground. In this case, I would replace the fuse and see if it blows again when I operate each mirror. If one side works and the fuse blows when trying to operate the other side, then you at least know which mirror circuit is shorted and you can diagnose accordingly. If the fuse blows immediately (without operating the switch), or if the fuse is not blown, then you most likely have a defective mirror control switch or a broken wire in the umbilical that goes between the body and the driver's door.
Try to measure the voltage while operating the switch. If still no power, manually apply voltage to the hot side of one of the mirrors then operate the switch, both mirrors should also work then. You can fix it this way just make sure you use fuse along the wiring. About 10 amps should be about the right rating.
I researched the maintenance manual. The fuse you need to replace is fuse 20 in the under dash fuse box. It controls side windows, washer motor, rear view dim function, and possible seat memory. There are a couple that link to the mirrors, but this is the one for this problem.
i would check the switch first and also the passenger side door jamb wire harness also i know it sounds simple but ALWAYS check ALL of you fuses before beginning any electrical fault tracing, try removing the switch and identify which wire powers the mirror and manually jump power with a paper clip to the mirror in question there should only be three wires one will have power and the others will be left and right mirror retraction if this works your switch is bad if not go to the mirror and power that manually and if no dice you got a bad motor -jeff
I would operate one by one mirrors left-right,radio, electric locks. I would first dont operate side mirrors and observe if fuse remain then leave radio disconected (dont power on or remove its wire harness). If with radio disconnected fuse is not blown, i would use electrical locking and test again. Good Luck
