Sounds like transmission code, electrical issue. Did you get your problem resolved? I am having some of the same issues and am investigating my problem that's what I have come up with so far.
Check the wiring on the TCC Transmission Converter Clutch solenoid at the trans and the PCM . It is possible the PCM is bad . BBB Industries online has free wiring diagrams for this model.
Code 743 means the computer did a volt drop test on the circuit and found the solenoid to be open or shorted to ground. It could be the solenoid valve, or the wiring.

Tech notes
This is an electrical problem code. Could be a problem to the harness to the TCC solenoid, the TCC solenoid connector or the TCC solenoid it self.
