Replace the switch, or try bypassing it by shorting the 2 terminals together to see if the system will then start up.

P0451 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Range/Performance

P0642 Engine Control Module (ECM) Knock Control -Defective
i think the most likely cause is the anti knock sensor ,this is mainly fitted to american models rather than europeon models owing to the europeon parliament disallowing the high level of biological produced fuel used in america, the answer o this i think is to see the post i have added to this questions answer.

Trouble starting error code is p0451

P0451 - Evaporative Emission Control System Sensor

This sensor is used to test that there are no leaks in the EVAP system. This is usually a result of a failed sensor, but considering your starting trouble, you most likely have a leak in your EVAP system which is allowing extra air into your intake.

Attach a vacuum gauge to intake manifold vacuum and start the engine. You should see 19-21 inches of vacuum at idle. If it's significantly lower than this, try unhooking the evap line from the intake and covering the intake port with a vacuum cap. If the vacuum comes up, then you have a leak a leak in the EVAP system you will need to find and fix.

Hope this was helpful.

Wont start code 83

There is no code 83 for a 1999 Suzuki Grand Vitara, according to Alldata. Most all codes are displayed as 5 digits (eg. P0121, P0451, P0130 etc....). Recheck your code, maybe you are mistaken.
