(simple solution) did you change out the thermostat ....if yes then you might not of put a high enough temp one in it or the one thats in it might not be any good
(hard solution) this could be the heating coil this is a harder fix
has to be one of these 2

Look for bulb and grounding problems. Running lights, with poor ground would feed current back through brake light system and can kick it out...

2005 3.0 TD Hilux
with key off hold odometer button in while continuing holding button in turn key to the on position release button when fuel light goes out then pushing button in again gives you a series of numbers from 1 - 20 set to 15 (150000km's) and hold button in again until T-Belt light goes out.
