SOURCE: can anyone tell me the location of the fuel pump

The Fuel pump relay is a non serviceable relay ( built into the fuse panel ) in the 04-08 MY F-150s.

Did you check the Fuel Inertia switch ( in the passenger side kick panel by the fuse panel ) ?

If you are having a no fuel pressure issue, might want to take a look at the FPDM ( Fuel Pump Driver Module ) on the cross member above the spre tire ( need to drop the spare to see if ).

There is an issue with 04-07 ( 04-06 ?? ) MY trucks where the FPDM is bolted directly to the cross member, and dissimilar metal corrosion happens and builds up behind the FPDM, causing it to break.

Here are some before and after pictures from my 2006, I replaced mine for the heck of it and found that the case had cracked with ~ 51K miles on it, soon the PCB would have cracked leaving me stranded

New version of the FPDM with the stand off studs

This is the kit I got ( check that the Part Number has not been changed )

Testimonial: "thanks for the tip i'll check it out. i've tried to reset the fuel cut-out but it's hard to tell if it resets and finding a test point to prove it is well.... daunting. i have no fuel pressure whatsoever and the fuel pump will not run although it will if i put 12v directly to the fuel pump motor so i know it's not the fuel pump."

Need aux relay Box location in 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac for the door lock relay I think its called # 3 aux or # 4 Aux anyone know where it is located?

I could only find auxiliary relay box 2 and had to guess whether your Explorer is early or late production and has keyless entry or power door locks. If you have the central junction box located, trace the BLU/WHT wire to the rear until you find the other end connected to the relay box.

Location of flashers on a 2002 ford ranger?

Hello tonymccoy
The flasher relay is located in the aux. relay box behind the left instrument panel. In case they are
not marked, there are 4 small and 2 large relays, the large relay closest to the end of the box is the
flasher relay. Hope this is helpful.

I need to know were to find the DRL Module for a 2003 F-150 4x4. My hi and low beem lights work ok , and the auto light sencor works . Its that my Day time running lights do not come on .

The wiring diagram does not show a stand alone drl module for the 03 f150. However it shows 2 drl
relays located in aux. relay box #2 located behind the right side of the dash, left of the glove box.
Also there is the drl resistor located behind the grill, right of the left headlight. Relay #1 is fused at
fuse #5-15a in the fuse block under the left dash. Relay #2 uses fuse #26-10a under left of dash.
Hope this helps.

Light for odometer/compass/outside temp doesn't work

it could very well be a fuse or the relay the fuse box is usually located under the dash on the driver side and the relay box is usually under the hood on the drivers side or near the front each will have a cover that will tell you what goes to what and if you have an owners manual check in there also under fuses and relays and it can also tell you which is for what
