Question about Cars & Trucks
Battery goes flat when car sits over the weekend. Hooked up the multimeter in series and started pulling fuses from the junction box under the hood. Found the draw is coming through the maxi fuse 30A IP BATT. Spent a few hours on the internet and found someone else had the same problem here! The diagram given to them was blurred so I enlarged then printed it. Small print in lower corner says *First Design, for second design see next diagram! As if finding the diagram isn't hard enough, let's complicate it more by giving choices! How do I ascertain which one I need for this specific vehicle?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

follow the wires from the alarm itself and trace it of that is not the problem then use a test light between the battery terminal by disconnecting the negative terminal and connecting a test light to the cable and the other end to the battery itself if its out no draw but if lit there's a draw pull fuses one by one with the door switch pressed in to nit get a false reading and when you find the test light goes out that's the problem use the chart guide to find out what # it is and that's yer problem solved
