The only way to get access to the bulbs is to pull the instrument cluster out.

Can,t get signal or flashers to work on 1997 Dodge Intrepid

I assume you've checked the Fuses :p Obviously that hasnt worked and the bulbs and lights haven't worked either... SO try this????
Open the driver's side door and examine the end of the dash for an access panel. Behind the access panel are fuses and flashers. There are two flashers inside the access panel for controlling the turn signal and the hazard lights. You can distinguish them apart from each other by turning on the hazards or the turn signal and feeling for the clicking. If you turned on the hazards, then the flasher that is clicking is the hazard flasher.
Remove the turn signal flasher from the dash and reinstall the new flasher into the vacated slot in the dash. Close the access panel and start thetruck . Check the turn signals for proper operation and make sure the hazards work as well.

Please let me know how it goes

    My turn signals don't flash

make sure all the bulbs are working. If not check the fuse but i doubt its a fuse cause none of the lights would be on but check the flasher. Flasher Location

It is located under the dash board on the drivers side. You will need a flash light, zip cord for re-installation, a long non metallic rod 1/4" dia and a wire hanger. Bend hanger straight and make a little hook on end. Remove turn signal fuse located at fuse box under driver side dash. Lay on floor with flashlight on drivers side. Look above fuse box it is located above it about 10" it is round and silver. Use rod to push off clamp. Now use hanger to retrieve flasher unclasp and install new flasher. Reinstall flasher and clip under dash with zip cord for access later. Replace fuse. If you need further assistance please let me know. Thanks, midwest-tek

Have no rear lights or turnsignals. Heard there is a fuse panel in the back end of truck. Where to locate?

check fuse #1 and fuse #9 in the dash fuse block located on the end of the drivers side of the dash in between the dash and the door. There will be an access panel that can be removed.

Fuse #16 in the underhood fuse block is for the turn signals.

I am not aware of any other fuses in the back of the vehicle.

My heater/blower fan is stuck on high all of a sudden.

This is definitely the Blower (Fan) Motor Resistor located behind the dash Glove Box.
Remove the Glove Box completely to access.
It is mounted onto/slightly into the fire wall and has 3 to 4-wires going into it. I believe there are two (2) 8-mm bolts holding it on. It is shape like a 3 1/2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches high.
Disconnected the negative side of the battery first
    Unplug the resistor.
Remove and replace with new resistor.
    Re-plug back in.
Reconnect the negative side of the battery.
Check operation before re-onstalling the glove box!

I need to change my rear dash brake light,do I access it through the trunk or from inside the car?

Push the brake light housing down and slide it towards the passenger side about 1/4" to 1/2" then lift up slowly and gently and pull towards you. It is clipped in and if you're too hard, the clips could break. Then the cover comes off along with the assembly and you just twist the old bulb out

Side lights / tail lights / number plate lights / dash lights not working. all fuses and relays are good. JAG XK8

I would suspect the switch itself,or the wire from it ,as if it were a ground issue i do not expect it to effect the dash. You can usually check by the relay socket(on whatever lighting relay) on pin 1,whether you have 12v or not when you turn on the switch and a constant 12v on another,or fit a jumper lead from the constant 12v to the opposite side(4 pin relay)to test the circuit and operate the lights.

    Hope this helps.

Where are the flasher fuses on a 1998 hyundai accent?

To left of steering wheel should be the dial to adjust brightness of dash lights, and maybe a coin holder in same compartment. Gently pop it out and you'll have access to area where about 1 inch diameter modular switch is just plugged in under the dash. I have to do this to access my computer code reader connection as well.

I just went through similar problem last month.
