Question about Ford Cars & Trucks
Battery fully charged, car won't start with key, but will with jump, AAA tested everything and said it was not a problem with the starter, battery or alternator. Only get a clicking noise. What could it be? Could it just be dirty terminals?
If the car will jump off doesn't matter what AAA said battery is bad, either terminals are excessively corroded, or battery has a dead cell internally, remove battery and take to a reputable auto parts store or repair shop and have tested, also have load tested it is bad.

Could be one of two things.
1. Your starter motor is no good.
2. If you turn on your lights and try to start the car and they dim to almost black, then you need to check the battery connections.

find the starter and and tap it with a hammer handle or big screw driver handle. do not hard, but hard enough to activate. it should start. go buy a new one.

Your alternator should power everything when engine is running. Battery is only for start up. Test voltage with a multimeter when engine is running , should be 14V or more . Any less indicates low alternator output.
