Question about 2000 Porsche Boxster
Bought 2000 porsche boxter. Had it inspected, and passes. Later noticed the horn did not work. Was missing 25 amp fuse. Placed one in panel and horn would not stop blowing until fuse removed.

A common problem. The rubber bushings within the (steering wheel) airbag frame go soft and compress over time. Replacement of the frame (or just bushings, if your adventurous) will solve the problem. My dealer wants $250 for the repair. In the meantime, wedge something between the steering wheel cover and the wheel itself (folded matchbook or equal) to help.
