Is it red? If so it is your panic button. It will set of the car alarm if you feel panicked.

Horn on my kia sedona will not stop

you have a short in the system most likecly it is in the horn pad, some of this horn pads can be repair, so here it goes, remove your steering horn pad, disconnect the wires that go to the pad only, see if the horn still goes of, if it does, fix or replace pad, to fix it, you need to have distance between the pad and the ground

Problem starting

What they did was upgrade the system here try this its from Kia.
Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position. Reconnect the negative battery cable. Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position.
4. Transmitter Programming Procedure:
1. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position. Do not start the engine.
2. Locate the "disarm/programming" button which is secured to the remote start wire harness behind the left lower dash panel.
3. Press and hold the "disarm/programming" button for 10-15 seconds until the horn beeps 3 times.
4. Release the "disarm" programming button.
5. Press the red Find/Panic button on the remote start transmitter one time. The horn will beep one time indicating that the transmitter code has been learned. Repeat for each additional transmitter.
6. Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position.
5. Function Check:
Refer to the vehicle specific "Remote Engine Start" installation instructions for a complete list of functions to be verified before delivering the vehicle.

2005 Kia Sorento horns are sometimes weak...sometimes dont work at all. Is this a problem with the horns, or something else?

sounds like horn itself is bad or multiple horns where one tone works intermitently i would replace horns.

I tried jump starting a 2004 Kia Sedona. The lights flash & horn blows, but it will not start. I disconnected the battery overnight to reset the computer, but same problem.

Lights, horn, and other accessories use a lot less power than the vehicle's starter. With many vehicles you need to wait 10 to 20 minutes with the jumpers connected and the source vehicle running before you try to start.
