I bought a 93 tercel with 108,000 miles on it, when i go 50 miles a hour i can hear a faint alarm beeping away. any ideas what it is?

Some cars are fitted with a speed reminder setting. If you exceed the speed that has been entered then an alarm sounds. Maybe a previous owner has set it at 50mph. You can drive at any speed but the reminder will beep if you exceed its' setting. Not saying you definitely have one fitted but might be worth googling or contacting a Toyota dealer.

That car may run forever with check egine light on, but you can visit most any auto parts store to get code read for free.
Often the light refers to oxygen sensor.. Maybe just need plugs or wires etc. Go to Auto Zone ask to check code for free.

My car randomly shuts off while driving. I could be going 50 mph or 10 and it will do it and it used to happen like once every 2 weeks and nows its happening once a day.

Wiggle the keys around when the car is running and see if you can repeat the problem. If so replace the ignition switch.

96 corolla hesitates and jerks

The jerking and shuddering at 45-50 mph seems like it could be a transmission/torque converter problem. Check your transmission fluid. Make sure it is at the right level, and that it is not dark or burnt. It should be a bright red or pink.

Hesitation at 40mph and 50 mph.

A pop and hesitation is likely a backfire. The hesitation around 40 and 50 would be in keeping with that theory. There are several reasons you might be getting backfires and hesitation. If your ECM is adjusting the engine to run too rich this could happen. Misfiring might be occuring. Timing could be out. But one of the most likely is a restricted exhaust, likely due to a plugged, damaged or worn out catalytic converter. In some cases the converter may be bad enough to be giving you some performance problems, but not yet quite bad enough to signal an error. A vacuum test can help confirm whether this is exhaust related.
