My best Guess is This Info Would be Hard if not Impossible to Get. I Would Just Take a GOOD LOOK at it and Search for A Screw or CLIP TYPE FASTENER os Push Pin that Holds it On from the Inside.
If It Was Here In My Face I am Positive I Could Remove it as I am Familiar with Most All Lock Fastening Methods. Sorry This Is NOT Exactly What You Are Looking for But Hopefully You CAN just Look and Find the Method of Fastening for this Lock.

open hood, at right side of vehicle underneath wiper module, at firewall, no need to remove wiper module.let me know if this help
