I have a 2007 Chevy Cobalt that the two outside brake lights will not work when the car is off. The center brake light work like normal. Parking lights work fine. There is a TSB #3347 for this problem, but I can't get info on it. Help...

and you say 2 fail L/R and center works? is that true. or a typo.... ? if never seen any car wiring go to center then left then right in a daisy chain. most go left , then both seperate path to center and right. in USA, we have LHD cars, not right. side. drive. and RHD cars are wired, backwards. i refuse to do world wide Cobalt market look ups. no country state and all lights is different world wide as are color codes.
ok try on light at a time, put in, take out,move it 3 times. works?
I bet all 3 are dead for brakes. if true. its the brake lamp switch malfing. or cut wires ,due to trailer hitch goons. (hackers)
There is a probable bad wiring connection in problem one and three.
#2 Possible water leak causing bulb break. Try wd40 in socket. you need
a wiring diagam and cheap voltmeter if you want do it yourself.
