Re: changing headlight 300m
Lift the hood. the light are down behind the light assembly. simply turn large black ring and it will come out. be carefull not to touch the glass on the new one. oil from your skin will cause it to prematurely fail.

... how to change rear struts on 300m ... I am trying to change the rear struts on my Chrysler 300m. I started by trying to remove ... Traffic on JustAnswer ...
Unfortunately, the answer I have is not a happy one =(. My wife has a 2005. In order to replace the bulb you will have to pull the Crutons (plastic push pins) that hold the front bumber cover on, remove the Headlight housing & replace the bulb that way. Shame on Chrysler for making it so difficult, in my opinion. But I hope this helps you to change the bulb =)
Possibly the bulbs. Take a look at them; they have 2 coils per bulb, one for the low beam and one for the high beam. So it is possible that the more used low beam burns out before the lesser used high beam.
It depends on the type of lighting your 300M has, in 2002 they offeredHID lighting and regular halogen lighting. You may want to get afactory service manual for your car here.Changing the bulb either way does involve removing the headlamp mostly. If you have HID you have to mind the ballasts that are attached.
