Question about 1995 Dodge Neon
I have a 95 dodge neon that has problems. So what happens now is while you're driving down the road with a scan tool on it the fuel pressure is at 48lbs, where it is supposed to be. Then all of a sudden the fuel pressure starts falling to about 15lbs. If you shut off the engine for a few minutes and start it up again the fuel pressure will be back up at 48lbs again and do the same cycle all over.
Is the fuel pump overheating or bad?
What else could it be?
Being a 95 and all the miles it should have on it, I would say the fuel pump is getting weak.
