Question about 1997 Chrysler Sebring
I have a 97 sebring with 130k. The car runs great and I like it, but when I am accelerating above 65 mph, the car has a knocking in the front end that increases the faster I go (not coming from the engine). The knocking is happening every half second while accelerating higher than 65 mph. I have replaced ball joints, cv joints, pads, rotors, calipers, and inspected all suspension parts. Everything seems fine. The car drives straight, does not shake, and does not shudder or hesitate during the hesitation. I just makes this noise that seems to be coming from something like an output shaft from the engine or something like that. I am not a mechanic by any means but thats what it sounds like. Please help. I am becoming broke trying to find this problem. Thanks.

Move it to 3rd instead of drive and see if you still have the noise. May be transmission related since you have replaced everything else.
