On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door

How hard is it to replace the passenger side mirror on my Pacifica

not too hard, behind the mirror on the inside there should be a triangular plastic cover, this will unclip with a little bit of levering with a screwdriver or flat blade.
once removed you should see a few holes in the door frame, in a few of those holes you will see at least 3 bolt heads, undo the bolts making sure you dont drop them inside the door cavity, there will also be a multi wire electric plug that you will have to seperate, the outside mirror can now be removed.
Dont try just replacing the glass as it involves almost destroying the whole mirror assembly, replace the complete mirror assembly

Pull off the triangular trim panel that is right behind the mirror. It is held on by 2 clips. This will allow you to see all three 10 mm bolts to remove the mirror.

Replacing driver side mirror

Take off side door panel, screws securing it are revealed, unscrew screws remove them and and the mirror drops off. If the wing mirror is on the bodywork, then the screws should be either in the wheel arch or under the bonnet.

These instructions are for a 2013 Kia Sorento (Passenger Side Mirror)

1) remove speaker cover on inside door panel:

2) Use a small screwdriver to pry it away from the door. Be careful of the paint:

3) The panel will expose the 3 main bolts that need to be removed:

4) The cable harness needs to be removed this is located behind the door panel. Remove the one screw behind the screw cover:

Once the one screw is removed it will allow you to move the door panel enough to get to the harness and the 2 bottom bolts.

Here is how the harness looks:

Once the harness is removed and the 3 bolts removed the mirror will come out.

Repeat the steps to re install your new mirror.
