A l o h a ! There are two separate issues as possibilities:

#1. The tracking of the actual glass relies upon a cable-driven
system that is powered by the servo motor. If the glue used
to hold the glass to the framework has failed then you must
first find suitable adhesive to attach the two back together before
proceeding. Then the alignment of the two when the glue is setting
is critically important.
There are cables which raise and lower the unit and the pulleys
that accomplish this must be returned to the original positions
before addressing the electrical motor issue.

#2. Once it has been established the tracking mechanism is functioning
properly then check for a hot lead going from the switch to the motor
itself. No juice at switch? Check fuses. Juice to motor but no action
can mean a replacement (new or used) is needed.

Probably motor and regulator, if you tried both switches on driver and passenger side suspect both window motor and regulator on passenger side sometimes while pressing the switch on the passenger side bang on the door panel inside and sometimes it may move if it does then suspect only the window motor.

The passenger side window wont roll up

I take it: this is with electric windows? If you can: reach in between the rubber seals where the window goes between going down and pinch the window lifting it up. If not you will have to take the inside door trim panel off inorder to push the window back up. Before taking the door trim off: Sometimes: banging on the inside door area (mid section) while push the window up button will activate a window motor enough to engage it, to bring the window up.

Window moves a bit still won't go up or down on passenger side

I had a similar issue with mine, passenger side. I went online and ordered a new power window regulator and replaced it, there are many parts warehouses available online, like autopartswarehouse.com. or if you go to the dealer, they want 320.00 for the part. you will need to remove a few screws in the door latch area and armrest. pry off the panel with a flat blade screw driver or pry bar, starting at the bottom corner. you will need to pull and it will make a loud snapping noise, this is normal. carefully remove the plastic lining, you will need to remove the three bolts around the motor, the 4 bolts (two on each side of the window tracks, and the retaining clips or bolts connecting the window to the window base). re install as you have taken apart, 2-3 hours, Good Luck!

Passenger Window Stuck all the way Down

Try switching the power window switch from the passenger side to the drivers side. Before you do that try with the switch on the up position, wiggle it from side to side. The contacts may be worn and by wiggling it may make contact. Other then that try to park it in side or garbage bag taped to keep rain out till you get it to the shop.
Hint, take it to a Auto window repair shop to replace the switch if it's bad or if the motor is bad. They have more experience to removing the door panels and removing the power window regulator (motor) if that needs to be replaced.
Good luck and hope this helps.
