Question about 1999 Mercury Cougar
I am thinking maybe a blown fuse, but I don't know where the fuse box is, and what fuse once I find it.
The fuse box is located under the dash to the left of the steering wheel. You have to pull down the lock release lever to drop the fuse box down to gain acess to the fuses. The fuse that you need to check is number 20 a 10 amp fuse.
