More than likely it is your rear antilock speed sensor. It is usually between $10-$20. It is located on top of the rear axle pumpkin. It has one bolt holding it in, and a wiring harness attached to it. Very easy to change, just make sure you lube the o-ring with a little oil and twist it in all the way before installing the bolt. Don't ask for the speed sensor, it is the rear antilock brake speed sensor.
Good luck, hope this helps.

5.4 liter Ford engines have individual ignition coils directly above each cylinder. Running in two lines from the front of the block to the back (along the top) are two silver fuel lines. There are four ports on each line that tie to your fuel injectors. Next to your fuel injectors are some other little box like deals. These are your ignition coils. They have wires attached to them and when disconnected and pulled out you can see that they tie directly to your spark plugs...

Ok all you have to do is go to thr rear end of the truck and place your hand on top of the center of the rear end you will see a wire conector there is a 10 mm or a 13 mm bolt on top remove ths bolt and pull the sensor out this is called a abs sensor for the rear go only to ford to get this ,replace it and you be on your way to auto repair school.

It skips alot what cause that

If by 'skip' you mean it misses, it is almost always an engine electrical problem, specifically the secondary ignition system (coils, plug wires)-do you have a check engine light? If you have coil packs (one coil feeds 4 plugs), they can and do go bad. You don't say what engine you have, but if you have plug wires and they have never been replaced, it is a good place to start-do the plugs while you are at it. If you have coil-on-plugs, you may have oil in the plug wells, a very common issue with fords and it requires removing the valve cover and installing new gaskets, and possibly replacing shorted coils. Again, the check engine light will allow you to pinpoint which plug is 'missing', so if you don't have one yet, you should soon see it. there is also the possibility that a fuel injector is not opening-

Check the plug boots,to see if they are bad,or tune up is needed. Also can be a fuel pressure problem, change the fuel filter,if this does not help, have a fuel pressure test done,if there are any check engine lights on,have the codes read with a code reader, this will most likely tell on the problem.

Engine is skipping when accelerating

You only have 4 so better just do a tune up and change the plug and wires, but one at a time so you don't get them crossed when re-installing the new plugs and wire.
Use Platinum plugs since there good for 100,000 miles which mean less maintenance, and double check that the spark plug boots set to the plugs when re-installed.
Run some fuel injector cleaner through the gas tank for about a week to to clean out your fuel system and hope fully the skipping stops.
If your going to get all the goodys at Auto Zone, have them scan the car for any DTC codes since it's free and see if there are other issues that is causing the skipping like a bad signal from the MAP sensor ECT.
Good luck and keep me posted.
