Question about 1996 Plymouth Neon
Check for faulty safety neutral switch at transmission, it usually works back-up lights too. Check & clean connector first & try, may be just bad connection. Little stubby switch, screws into transmission, with wires to it. Check autozone or PeP boys they can confirm it works back-up lights too.
